What are the books made of?

What size are the scrapbooks?
13.00"x13.50"x0.50"

How many pages are included in the scrapbook?
Scrapbooks come standard with 20 pages. I also include double-sided sticky squares to mount your pictures with - just peel and stick! How will my pix/items be protected?
An acid-free seamless top-loading plastic sleeve protects each 12x12 inch page of cardstock.

What are the color options for each scrapbook?
The rainbow is your limit! It’s most helpful if you can send me a link with your color selections so I can closely match your needs.

What are my theme options?
Totally up to you! Share your vision with me and my job is to see it through!

Do I have the option to add more pages?
Yes you do! Please include the number of additional pages in your consultation form and I will advise you of the cost upon receipt.

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network only

Is your payment site secure?
Absolutely! I use QuickBooks so for each purchase I will email you an invoice. You will create a username and password to login to view and pay the invoice.

Shipping

How much does domestic US shipping cost?
i. US Ground shipping for one book is $13. Two books will increase the shipping cost to $16.

What courier do you use to ship packages?
i. For US shipments I use FedEx Ground. (For International shipments I use USPS)

Can you ship directly to recipient?
i. Absolutely! Simply provide a billing address for the customer invoice and shipping address for the recipient.

Do you insure items when shipping?
Yes, the courier insures packages.

Do you provide tracking info?
I sure do! After I ship the package I will email the tracking information to you right away.

Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! International packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Return/Refund Policy

During the design and creation process, I keep in constant contact with the customer to avoid dissatisfaction. I never complete a book without your input and approval. Since the scrapbooks are personalized and materials cannot be reused, each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Yes! Please specify the type of gift-wrap you prefer. Cost is $5.
